(More customer reviews)I bought the tuner to work on an an XP desktop with AMD 64 X2 3800+ and 3GB RAM. I have comcast cable and receive 67 analog channels and approximately 30 digital TV channels [QAM256] and 50+ music digital channels over cable and 8 OTA channels. The tuner will pick up the analog channels fine, but I had to upgrade to Vista in order to get any digital channels. Upgraded but can only get OTA HD channels. Documentation says that it should be able to get QAM [clear unencrypted] cable channels but it does not. Have upgraded to latest drivers from AMD and ATI but still no QAM from the cable attached to either NTSC or ATSC connection. Only way to get digital channels is to put antenna on ATSC connector. Have not yet contacted vendor for help since I only have time to work on Sat/Sun.
