(More customer reviews)Bought to replace an aging 18" round dual LNB antenna which had been in service since early 1999, plastic around LNB was cracked and some of plastic was missing. Didn't need the arm that came with this new dish, used old arm which was already mounted on my chimney, but with the level bubble in the new arm looks like it would have been easy to install however.
Was a very easy swap out and easy to setup antenna used a compass and my wife stayed inside telling me the signal strength from directv box via our cell phones.
Including time to take out, setup & put away ladder total time was less than an hour.
I don't have DirecTV HD yet, not enough content for the extra cost of monthly service and a new HD DTV box. But I will be ready when I do want it. I may add the Over Air antenna that mounts around this dish to get local channels in HD however, cheaper than what DTV charges and has almost as much content as DTV for what I want.
