This item was the first digital antenna I ever installed, before then I never thought I needed one. Once installed I was able to receive over 98 stations from 8 stations without the antenna. So that got me very happy and started to become a hobby, trying to get more and more stations. What I find out is that, location is everything. Not every antenna will work at all locations, and not the most powerful is always a best fit for you. What most people don't understand about antennas where you live, is what type of antenna you should get. If live to close to broadcast then you don't need a powerful antenna, if to far or in dead zones (line of sight) then antenna is not the way to go. Get cable, be surprised as to how much information you can learn, and buy the right product for your self.
