(More customer reviews)I use Direct TV in my home. I live in a rural area that is located about 50 miles from the edge of Houston, TX. I upgraded my home TV and decided to put my old TV in my shop adjacent to my home. Considering digital HD is now being broadcasted for free, I started searching for a reasonable size and priced outdoor antenna. I purchased the RCA ANT3020X despite the fact the description stated 35 mile range radius. I like it because it is smaller and easier to handle. To beef it up I also purchased the RCA amplifier. Hooked it up and not real great, I had it 20' high, so I doubled the height and bingo, crystal clear reception of all major Houston television stations. This is a great antenna, just be sure you buy the amplifier and experiment with height. It is small and light enough to get very high without the need for guy wires.
