(More customer reviews)I purchased two of these converter boxes. The first one I had to take back to the store because the remote would not work and there is no way to control the device without the remote. The second one I brought home displays a random black box on the screen that comes and goes on its own. The box takes up 80% of the screen and always seems to come on when something important is being shown. The remote is very slow to change channels and has to be very close to the box in order to work at all. When you press volume down sometimes it goes up instead. The same thing with the channel buttons. I do not reccomend anyone buy this. It has been such a frustration that I am going to just buy a new tv that has one built in with warranty.
